Traveling to Rome, Italy - (FCO)

It’s not surprising all roads lead to Rome (or ‘Mille viae ducunt homines per saecula Romam’ as the Romans said). We could fill a thousand pages with nuggets about Rome’s archeological sites. There’s the Colosseum, of which your leftover five-cent pieces will act as constant reminder (it’s stamped on one side). The Palatine Hill, where legend has it the she-wolf cared for the city’s twin founders, Romulus and Remus. And of course, the Trevi Fountain into which, every year, €700,000 worth of tourist coinage sinks. Why not throw in one of your five-cent pieces and make a wish?
